Passion fruit is also known as “The love-fruit”. The meal made with passion fruit must be the most tasty confess. The fresh crab with rich passion fruit flavour will express your love through the meal.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180℃
Step 2
Wash passion fruits, remove the bottom and cut them into halves
Step 3
Mix crab stick, crab meat, 30g of salad dressing, roe and bread crumb well to form the filling.
Step 4
Form mixed filling into a ball with ice cream scoop. Put it onto the passion fruit
Step 5
Put the dish in to the oven and bake until surface slightly turns brown. Spread seaweed powder.
Step 6
Add some(about 10g) salad dressing and Katsuobushi shavings. Serve.
