What should we do with the ice cream at home? Only need simple ingredients, then you can make a party dessert.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place a parchment paper in a rectangle baking mold and set aside.
Step 2
In a mixer, add the ice cream and white chocolate chips. Mix until soft and creamy.
Step 3
Cut the pound cake crosswise into 3 layers. Place one layer in the bottom of the baking mold, spread some ice cream and raspberry. Add another layer of pound cake, spread more ice cream and raspberry. Cover with the last layer of pound cake.
Step 4
Wrap it with plastic and place in the freezer for 12 hours to set.
Step 5
Remove the ice cream cake, trim off the side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with raspberry. Ready to serve.
