Paper Wrapped Korean Spicy Honey Chicken

Mince the garlic and cut the green onion into sections.

Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces.

Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the Korean chili paste, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and black pepper.

Add the chicken in the sauce mixture and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5
Cut the parchment paper into the size big enough to wrap the chicken.

Step 6
Individually place the chicken, green onion section on the parchment paper and wrap it up.

Step 7
In a pot, add enough oil on a medium heat and deep fry until golden brown and the chicken is cooked.

Step 8
Unwrap the paper and ready to serve.
