Papaya Fish Tail Soup

Papaya and fish are rich in collagen and protein, so this soup has the role of smoothen the skin, especially is good for ladies.

Peel and slice the ginger

Step 2
Cut the green onion into section

Step 3
Peel and remove the seed of the papaya. Cut the papaya into medium pieces

Step 4
Clean the fish and pat dry. Season with salt, white pepper and Chinese cooking wine

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Add the ginger, green onion and the fish tail and pan fry until the fish is golden brown on both sides

Step 6
In a pot, bring 1.5L water to boil. Add the fish and cook for 15 minutes until the soup turn to white color

Step 7
Add the papaya and cook for another 10 minutes

Step 8
Season with salt and white pepper. Ready to serve
