Step 1
In a pot, combine the coconut milk and the sugar and bring it to simmer, then remove from the heat

Step 2
Add the gelatine into the milk mixture, stir until dissolve and let cool

Step 3
Cut the end part of the papaya then cut across in half

Step 4
scoop out the seed inside. Then the papaya should be able to stand

Step 5
Pour the coconut milk mixture into the papaya

Step 6
and place it inside the fridge for at least 3 hours or longer until the coconut milk is firmed
