Papaya Apple with White Fungus and Pork Bone Soup

Papaya has the breast augmentation effect but also the cosmetic effect should not be ignored. It has antioxidant nutrients, and papaya enzyme helps detoxification. Cook together with nourishing ingredients e.g. apple, white fungus and lily to let the soup taste sweeter and also have a better cosmetic effect.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and remove the seed of papaya and cut into pieces. Soak the white fungus until soft and remove the stem. Clean and remove the core of apple and cut into pieces. Separate the lily bulbs, rinse and soak in water.

Step 2
Peel and slice the ginger. Mince the garlic.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the pork bone for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pot, sauté the garlic, ginger and pork bone.

Step 5
Add enough water, white fungus and bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the lid and cook it for 1 hour.

Step 6
Add the papaya, apple, lily bulbs and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and ready to serve.
