Pan Seared Lamb Chop with Mixed Vegetable

Because of religious reasons, lots of people do not eat beef. It cannot take enough iron if not eating beef. Pregnant woman are easy to anemia, and it will affect the fetal development. Lamb contain enough iron, is the best choice to substitute beef. As long as it cook with the right herbs, and it becomes a delicious dish.

Step 1
Season the lamb with black pepper.

Step 2
Clean the asparagus and cut in section.

Step 3
Rinse zucchini and cut into slice.

Step 4
Cut red bell pepper in pieces.

In a non-stick pan, add olive oil and sauté the garlic and thyme. Sprinkle with salt and add the lamb chop until half cook. Sprinkle some salt and flip over, cook until golden brown.

Step 6
In a non-stick pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, add asparagus and zucchini, season with salt and cook until tender. Add red bell pepper to stir quickly and serve.

Tips: 1. Red bell pepper contain vitamin C, less cooking time is better to keep. 2. If pregnant woman prefer rarer on the steak, I recommended to go to Goodwill store to purchase, because they will more sanitary handle the goods, and try to avoid buying frozen or repeat thaw lamb chop.
