Pan Seared Grouper Fillet with Garlic Butter Sauce

Season the fillet with salt and pepper

In a pan, add oil on a high heat. Sear the fillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides

Transfer to the baking pan with some olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 10-12 minutes

Mince the garlic

In a sauce pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter on a medium low heat

Cook the garlic until fragrant then add lemon juice and turn off the heat

Add the chilled butter

Spoon the sauce over the fish

Zest the lemon and sprinkle with fried garlic, ready to serve
