Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the chicken for 4 minutes to get rid of the blood

drain well and add the marinade to marinate for an hour

In the pan, pour the sweet and spicy sauce ingredients and bring to boil and add the thickening, then turn off the heat and serve in a small bowl

Heat the pan on a medium high heat and add oil to sear both side of the wings are golden brown

then lower the heat and mix in the sauce
