Pan-fried Tofu Puffs stuffed with Soy Bean Sprout and Minced Pork

It is time to have the spouts at summer time. Besides chilled sprout or stir-fry, it is nice to mince it with ground pork for stuffing.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the fried tofu in half, remove the middle

Step 2
Finely chop and place in a mixing bowl

Step 3
Finely chop the soy bean sprout

Step 4
Place the ground pork, soy bean sprout together with the chop tofu

Step 5
Add the corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and mix well

Step 6
Stuff the pork mixture back to the tofu pocket

Step 7
Combine the chicken broth, oyster sauce, sugar and mix well

Step 8
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Pan fried the tofu meat side down until golden brown

Step 9
Add the chicken broth mixture and cook until the tofu has absorb the liquid

Step 10
Ready to serve
