Thin slice the cucumber

Step 2
Combine the Thai sweet chili sauce and water to mix well

Step 3
Add the cucumbers in the sauce

Step 4
Chop the long string beans into small dice

Step 5
Mash the shrimp into paste

Step 6
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well

Step 7
Heat up some oil on medium heat, form the shrimp patties and pan-fry it until golden, about 4 minutes

Step 8
Rest on some kitchen towel to remove excess oil
