Pan-fried Prawn with Soy Sauce

Step 1
Clean and devein the prawns. Remove the shell and pat dry with kitchen towel

Slice the shallot

Step 3
Chop the green onion

Step 4
Mince the garlic

Mince the ginger

In a small bowl, mix together light soy sauce, sugar and water

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Pan fry the prawns until golden brown

Transfer to the plate and set aside

In another pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the ginger, ginger, shallot and green onion until fragrant

Add the shrimp back and the soy sauce mixture and toss well

Drizzle with the sesame oil

Mix well and serve
