Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces

Steam the potato until soft about 15 minutes and let cool

Finely dice the onion

Finely dice the carrot

In a mixing bowl, use a masher to mash the potato

Add the onion, carrot, chicken

Add cumin, chili pepper, salt and pepper to mix well. Then add corn starch, egg, bread crumbs and mix again

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Use a spoon to scoop about 1 tablespoon to make a patties

Pan fry the patties until golden brown on both sides and the chicken is cooked
