Pan-fried Oyster with Honey Osmanthus Sauce

Step 1
Defrost the oysters with warm water. Rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add oysters and sear until golden brown on medium high heat. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 3
In the same pan, add Chinese cooking wine, dark soy sauce, honey, osmanthus and cook until thickened.

Step 4
Add oysters and stir-fry. Garnish with osmanthus and ready to serve.
