The classic French palmier is not difficult to make actually. There can be more varieties with your creativity!

Step 1
Spread DayDayCook Roselle Pear Honey Tea on the puff pastry.

Step 2
Fold the sides inwardly.

Step 3
Slice the log across into pieces with 1cm wide.

Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5
Coat both sides of palmiers with dark chocolate, white chocolate or green tea chocolate. Ready to serve.
