Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
First flatten the puff pastry to 2mm thick with a rolling pin

Step 2
Then brush some melted butter on it

Step 3
Add some sugar, then gently press the sugar onto the puff pastry with a spoon. Flip the pastry over, and repeat the process again.

Step 4
Fold the puff pastry towards the middle

Step 5
Then repeat again, press a few time with fingers

Step 6
Then cover the pastry with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

Step 7
After chilling for 20 minutes, remove the plastic wrap, cut the pastry into half inch thick pieces

Step 8
Then bake the Palmier cookies till golden, about 12 minutes

Apply a layer of honey
