Step 1
Rinse the oyster with corn starch, salt and water for 2-3 times until no longer slimy

Chop the green onion and cilantro

Add Chinese cooking wine, white pepper, potato starch, corn starch and green onion

In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of oyster in the pan each time

Crack the duck egg over and break the yolk

Step 6
When the bottom turns golden brown, flip it over

Step 7
Drizzle some fish sauce, then transfer to the plate

Step 8
Sprinkle with some white pepper and garnish with cilantro. Ready to serve
