Rinse the oyster with corn starch, salt and water for 2-3 times until no longer slimy. Season with salt and white pepper

Toast the dried flatfish in the oven until crispy then break into small pieces

Chop the green onion and cilantro

Rinse the preserved vegetable, drain and cut into pieces

Marinate the pork for 20 minutes

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the oyster for 20 seconds. Drain and pat dry

In a pot, bring the chicken broth and water to boil. Add the pork and cook for about 5 minutes

Add the oysters, rice, flatfish, preserved vegetable and cook for 30 minutes

Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper
