Orange Jelly Cup
Recipe Details
Put the 2 halves orange jelly back together and pretending to cut it open. When the orange opened actually is sweet orange jelly, this give a surprise to family and friends.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water until soft

Step 2
Zest one of the orange

Step 3
Cut the orange in half

Step 4
Remove the meat so it become an orange bowl

Step 5
Place the orange pulps in the blender, blend into orange juice and discard the residual

Step 6
In a pot, combine 50mL water and sugar

Step 7
Bring it to simmer then add half of the orange juice

Step 8
Remove for the heat, add the soften gelatin sheet, orange zest and honey and mix until the gelatin is dissolve

Step 9
Add the rest of the orange juice

Step 10
Pour the mixture back into the orange bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours or until it firm. Ready to serve
