Onsen Tamago Green Onion and Beef over Rice

Step 1
Julienne the onion.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Add Japanese soy sauce, Japanese cooking wine, mirin, sugar, and water. Bring to boil.

Step 4
Add sliced beef and cook until done.

Step 5
Place over the rice. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Place the onsen tamagoon top and ready to serve.
