One-pot Cream and Miso Salmon Penne

Step 1
Shred the salmon. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into sections and dice the onion.

Step 2
In a pot, add penne, salmon, mushrooms, onion, whipping cream, white miso and water. Cover the lid and bring to boil on medium high heat.

Step 3
Remove the lid, add asparagus and mix well. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the penne is al dente.

Step 4
Increase to medium high heat and cook until the sauce is thickened. Season with salt and black pepper. Ready to serve.
