Okra Tofu Salmon Head Soup

Step 1
Wash the okra with salt to remove the hair on the surface and dice. Slice the tofu, peel and slice the carrot. Dice the green onion. Rinse the salmon head. Set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the salmon head with salt, ground white pepper and Chinese cooking wine for 15 minutes. Coat with corn starch.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Add salmon head and sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4
In a pot, add salmon head, carrot, tofu and boiling water. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Add white miso, okra and mix well. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Step 6
Add green onion and mix well. Ready to serve.
