Octopus Sashimi300 g
Japanese Cucumber1 strip
Red onion1 pc
Cherry tomatoes5 pc
Cilantro
Lemon1 pc
Grapefruits1 pc
Ginger1 tbsp
Garlic1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Salt3 g
Ground black pepper1 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop the cilantro

Step 2
Thin slice the red onion

Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half

Step 4
Cut the cucumber in half and slice

Step 5
Juice the lemons and grapefruit

Step 6
In a mixing bowl, combine the octopus, red onion, cherry tomatoes and cucumber

Step 7
Add the citric juice, grated ginger, grated garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well

Step 8
Place the mixture in the fridge for an hour to marinate
