Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
On a flat surface, combine yeast with water and mix into flour

Step 2
With extra flour to dust, kneed dough until smooth and not sticky and shape into a round ball

Step 3
Put a sheet of baking paper in the bottom of the pan

Step 4
drizzle with olive oil and place dough on top. Cover with lid to proof until double the size. About one hour

Step 5
Remove dough from pan, punch out excess air and kneed into a dough ball. Repeat step 3 until dough is double again. Remove dough

Step 6
Place the metal pan on an electric stove. Drizzle 2 table spoon of olive oil and turn to medium high heat. Cover with lid and heat until pan is hot and slightly smoky

Step 7
Put two pieces of baking paper underneath the dough and place into the hot pan. Cover with the lid and cook at 200C for about 20-30 minutes

Step 8
Lift the dough out with the baking paper, flip it over and return to pan and cook again for another 20-30 minutes. When both side is golden brown, your bread is ready
