Non-Baked Matcha Cheese Cake Cup

This creamy cheese cake with the slight bitterness of the matcha balances the sweetness of the cake. It is hard to refuse a slice of cheese cake especially for the simple version no bake cheese cake like this!

Step 1
Whip the whipping cream and sugar until soft peak.

Step 2
Beat the cream cheese until soften then gently fold in the whipped cream.

Step 3
Melt the matcha powder in some hot water until smooth.

Step 4
Add the matcha liquid into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5
Transfer the cream cheese mixture in the piping bag.

Step 6
Place the biscuit crumble on the bottom of the glass then pipe in the cream cheese mixture and repeat the step.

Step 7
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set. Dust with some matcha powder and ready to serve.
