No-Baked HK Style Pork Chop Rice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Pound the meat with the back of the knife, marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Chop both the tomato and peach into small pieces. Dice the onion.

Step 3
In a pan over medium heat, add some oil and pan fry the pork chop until golden brown. Cut the meat into pieces and set aside.

Step 4
With the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and onion. Add tomato, tomato paste, ketchup, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, water and bring to boil. Add peaches and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 5
In a clean pan over medium heat, add some oil and stir fry the cooked rice until fluffy. Add whisked egg and toss until well combined.

Step 6
Turn to low heat, place pork chop pieces on the rice, then drizzle the sauce and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Ready to serve!
