No Baked Cookies and Cream Cheese Cake

Combine crust ingredients
Step 2
press into a 8” spring form pan and refrigerate until set
Step 3
Pour cold heavy cream into a bowl and whisk until medium peak and reserve for later use
Step 4
Combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, lemon juice, vanilla and whisk until smooth
Step 5
Gently fold in whipped cream and add cookies at the end and fold until just combined
Step 6
Pour filling into crust and smooth top to spatula
Step 7
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight until set
Step 8
Garnish with extra chocolate cookie crumbs and whipped cream and serve chilled
