Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken thigh into pieces. Beat the egg. Dice the onion, boiled eggs and Japanese cucumber.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken thigh with salt and black pepper. Coat with all-purpose and egg wash.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. When the oil is boiled, add chicken thigh meat and deep fry until cooked. Transfer to the kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.

Step 4
Prepare the tartar sauce. Mix together the boiled eggs, mayonnaise, onion, Japanese cucumber, salt and black pepper.

Step 5
In a pan, add rice vinegar, Japanese soy sauce, mirin, Japanese cooking wine and sugar. Bring to simmer and set aside.

Step 6
Dip the chicken thigh with Nanban vinegar while it is hot. Pour tartar sauce over it and ready to serve.
