Marinate the pork ribs for 15 minutes

Heat minced ginger, garlic and black beans until aromatic

Step 5
Add pork ribs to sauté until slightly brown

Step 6
Add chicken broth and water, boil on medium heat

Add mustard green after the meat tendered

Step 8
Add thickening sauce and mix well
