Step 1
Rinse the mustard green, drain and cut into section

Slice the pork and marinade it for 20 minutes

Peeled and slice the ginger

Step 4
In a bowl, separate the egg yolk and egg white.

In a pot, add oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the pork and cook about half way

Add the mustard green and cook until soft

Step 7
Add water and bring it to boil then add the salted egg yolk

Add the egg white, cook for another minute then turn off the heat
