Mustard Green with Fish Ball and Tofu Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the tofu into medium sizes

Step 2
Slice the ginger

Step 3
Season the dace paste with Chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper

Step 4
Use hand or spoon to make the dace paste into a ball and set aside

Wash and drain the mustard green and cut it into section

Step 6
In a pot, add some oil and sauté the ginger until fragrant

Step 7
Add the mustard green and cook until soft

Step 8
Add the chicken broth and bring it to boil

Add the fish ball and cook until the fish ball is floating

Step 10
Gently add the tofu in the soup and cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper
