Mustard Green with Clam and Vermicelli

Step 1
Soak the vermicelli until soft

Step 2
Cut the mustard green into section

Step 3
Slice the ginger

Step 4
Soak the clam in salt water for about 2 hours to remove the sands from the shell

In a pot, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant

Step 6
Add the clam and cook until the clam shell about half way open

Step 7
Add chicken broth and bring it to boil. Then add the mustard green and cook until soft

Step 8
Add the vermicelli and cook for another 2 minutes
