Step 1
Chop the onion.

Slice the mushrooms. Set aside.

In Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion 30cm Wok, add some oil on a medium heat.

Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add blue mussels, brandy, white wine and whipping cream. Mix well.

Step 6
Cover the lid.

Step 7
Cook until the mussels are done. Add butter, parsley, salt, black pepper and stir well.

Step 8
Transfer to a plate.

Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
