Mussel in Garlic Butter Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Heat a pan, melt about 20g butter, sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant

Step 2
Add the mussels, wine, Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL and bring the sauce to boil

Step 3
Cover the lid and cook until the mussels open

Step 4
Remove the mussels and place them on the serving dish

Step 5
Gradually add the butter to the sauce until the sauce has thickened

Step 6
Season with salt, black pepper and mix well

Step 7
Pour the sauce over the mussels, sprinkle with parsley and ready to serve
