When you cook by yourself, fried rice is always the best choice because it is easy to make. To have a balanced diet, add vegetables with different colours, which can also give you a good appetite.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean and dice the chicken. Marinade with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Soak the mushroom until soft and dice. Dice the carrot and onion. Mince the garlic and chop the green onion.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 4
Add the chicken and cook.

Step 5
Add the rice and cook until the rice has loosened.

Step 6
Add the carrot, green peas, kernel corn and mushroom. Mix well.

Step 7
Add the light soy sauce, green onion and white pepper. Ready to serve.
