Soak the mushrooms and black fungus until soft, remove the stem of the mushroom, and cut the black fungus into pieces.

Step 2
Clean the chicken and remove the skin the excess fat and sliced.

Step 3
Cut the chili pepper in small pieces.

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add chicken, mushroom and black fungus and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Wash the rice and place in the rice cooker until the water is boiling, then add the chicken mixture and chili pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, sprinkle with green onion and serve.
