Dice the red and green peppers

Peel and dice the Chinese yam

Boil a pot of water on high heat, add Chinese yam to blanch for 2 minutes

Next, bring another pot of water to a boil on high heat, add red and green peppers and corn to blanch for 1 minute

In a saute pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add Chinese yam to sauté for 2 minutes. Add the red and green peppers and corn

Add seasoning ingredients and mix well

Add 50mL water and continue to sauté on high heat to ensure all vegetables are cooked

Add thickening sauce and quickly mix well, about 1 minute
