Soak the black fungus, peel the burdock and dice. Rinse the rice and drain. Marinate with salt and oil for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Cook rice and water on medium high heat and bring it to boil. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Open the lid. Add shiitake mushrooms, corn kernel, carrot, black fungus, burdock. Cook for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
