Mixed Steamed Egg

Step 1
Dice all the ingredients into small cubes, set aside

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs

Add warm water with 3 times of eggs (measured by egg shell), then add salt to mix well

Transfer to a steam bowl to steam over water on high heat for 6-7 minutes

While steaming eggs, blanch vegetables and meats separately for 1-2 minutes

In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add pork, shrimp and squid to sauté until fully cooked

Add vegetables to sauté and mix well

Season with salt, sugar and Chinese wine

When the vegetables are bright in color, add thickening sauce to mix well, remove from heat

Pour the mixture on steamed egg. Ready to serve
