Mixed Berries Cheese Tart

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200C. Prepare an 8-inch tart mold and brush with some melted butter.

Step 2
Press the defrosted shortcrust pastry into the mold with fingers and poke with a fork.

Step 3
Place a pie weight on top .

Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and set aside.

Step 5
Beat the cream cheese, whipping cream, lemon juice and lemon zest until soft on a high speed.

Step 6
Add caster sugar and mix well. Spread into the tart mold.

Step 7
Garnish with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Ready to serve.
