Miso and Beef over Rice

Have leftover beef slices after hotpot? Add some vegetables and they became amazing Japanese rice set!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the broccoli, thin slice the onion, cut the carrot into pieces and set aside.

Step 2
In a bowl, add the dark soy sauce, Japanese rice wine, oyster sauce, miso, sugar, black pepper and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some butter. Sauté the onion, carrotfor 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add chicken broth and the sauce mixture. Bring it to simmer and add the beef.

Step 5
Add broccoli and cook for a minute. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 6
Place the beef in the bowl, sprinkle with white sesame and chopped green onion. Ready to serve.
