Mint and Grapefruit Sorbet

In the class of citrus, compare with orange, lemon, grapefruit is popular as well. Even though grapefruit has a bitter flavor, but for a dessert, it gives a refreshing taste.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove the skin of the grapefruit

Step 2
Remove the meat and juice

Step 3
Place 1/3 of the juice in a pan, add the sugar, water and mint leaves. Bring it to simmer

Step 4
Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes and discard the mint leaves

Step 5
Combine the mixture the remaining grapefruit juice and mix well

Step 6
Transfer to the container and store in the freezer until frozen

Step 7
Transfer the frozen mixture to a food processor and blend well

Step 8
Place back in the container and freezer it again

Step 9
Use the ice-cream scoop to scoop the sorbet in a ball

Ready to serve
