Scotch Egg is a popular recipe in the UK, which is a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat. In this recipe, we use quail eggs instead and make this cute mini version.

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 190ºC,In a pot, add the quail egg and water. Bring the water to boil and cook for 2 minutes

Step 2
Transfer the egg to cold water until completely cool then peel

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, breadcrumb, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and mix well

Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour with salt and black pepper

Step 5
Dredge the quail egg with the flour mixture and wrapped it with the pork mixture, roll it into a ball,Coat with bread crumb

Step 6
Place the scotch egg on the baking tray and bake it for 20 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked. Ready to serve.
