Too heavy to have a big pizza? Mini pizza will fit you nicely. Chew out boredom and tradition bite by bite. After a lazy afternoon nap, get up and make this dish with your love one. Romance your dinner a little bit.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Making the base: Put high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, water, corn oil, sugar, yeast, salt and milk powder into bread machine to make a dough.

Step 2
Cut shallot into slices, cut half of the ham into dices and the other half into pieces.

Step 3
Wash and cut mushrooms into pieces, cut the black olive into circles. Shred mozzarella cheese.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 185 degree.

Step 5
Take out the fermented dough, squeeze the air out. Separate it into 12 balls, cover them with food wrap and leave them in room temperature for 15 minutes.

Step 6
Put the small dough on a chopping board. Use hand to make them flat.

Step 7
Roll the flat dough into a 5 inches pizza base with a rolling pin. Make the inner part of the base thin and the outer part thick.

Step 8
Put the pizza base on an oil coated baking pan. Pinch some holes on the base to prevent popping during baking, leave them in room temperature for 20 minutes.

Step 9
Spread the pizza sauce on the base from the core to the edge, no sauce needed on 1 cm from the edge.

Step 10
Even sprinkle mozzarella cheese and ham dices, onion and mushrooms. The, sprinkle mozzarella cheese again, add in ham slices and black olive.
