Step 1
Cut the chicken in to small dices and marinate it for 15 minutes

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg and add the heavy cream mix well

In a non-stick pan, add oil on a meium heat. Add the egg mixture to fill the pan, cook for about 1 minute then flip over and cook for another minute

Step 4
Transfer the egg on the plate and place a plastic wrap on top, repeat the step until finish the egg batter

In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat. Saute the onion until fragrant

Step 6
Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes

Step 7
Add rice wine, ketchup and rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper

Place a plastic wrap inside the bowl

Step 9
Lay the egg wrapper on top. Scoop the rice in the middle, but not too full

Step 10
Tight the plastic wrap and make a twist to secure the rice will not fall off
