In a mixing bowl, combine the minced pork with seasoning ingredients

Add the salted egg white

Step 5
Steam over water on medium high heat for 5 minutes

Step 6
Transfer the meatloaf on top of the bowl of white rice

Sprinkle with chopped green onions

Step 8
Ready to serve
