Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the onion and chop up the spinach, mushrooms & cherry tomato in slices, bacon & potato in strips.

Step 2
Whisk the egg and add in milk, tuna and seasoning, set aside.

Step 3
Add oil to a pan, and stir fry the bacon until brown, then add in onion, mushroom, corn, potato, shrimps and spinach, then set aside.

Step 4
Place all ingredients in the egg and stir. The pour into the muffin tin until half full, place some brie cheese and fill with egg till 80%, add on cherry tomato and brie cheese on top.

Step 5
Place the egg into preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake for 13-15 minutes, keep it in the oven for 3 more minutes after done.

Step 6
Once the frittata is done, sprinkle some parsley as garnish. Enjoy!
