Mini Crab Cake with Sweet Mustard Sauce

In a bowl, mix the egg and coconut milk and whisk to combine

Add cilantro, pickled ginger, sweet chili sauce, salt, crab meat and mix well

Add the breadcrumb and mix together

Form the crab mixture into ball size

Dust with breadcrumb, place in the measuring cup and form into patties

In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Cook the crab cake in batches until both sides are golden brown

Transfer to the baking pan

Preheat the oven to 180C and cook it for 5-8 minutes until fully cooked

In a blender, combine all the sauce ingredients except canola oil and blend until smooth then slowly add the oil in a thin stream until incorporated
