Step 1
Rinse and drain the millet sprout and malt. Soak and clean the figs. Core and and cut the apples into pieces. Soak the dried orange peel until soft and set aside.

Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add pork shank and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pot, add millet sprout, malt, dried orange peel, dried orange peel, pork shank, water and bring to boil. Reduce to medium low heat. Cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Add apples and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 5
Season with salt and ready to serve.
