Milk Tea with Rock Salt Cheese

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, add black tea bag, water and bring to a boil. Remove the tea bag and set aside.

Step 2
Melt the cream cheese with 50mL whipping cream in a double boiler.

Step 3
Whisk salt, sugar and the remaining whipping cream until soft peak.

Step 4
Add the cream cheese mixture, condensed milk, 40mL milk and mix well.

Step 5
Pour the tea into a glass. Add the remaining milk and mix well to make milk tea.

Step 6
Add the cream mixture on top of the milk tea. Ready to serve.
